What services do you provide?
We provide two service areas: AI automation (process automation with RPA/API integration, LLM applications, and data processing) and custom system development (web applications, system integration, and modernization & maintenance). If you are not sure which one fits, you can start with a free initial assessment — we listen to your workflow first, then suggest a direction.
What is the free initial assessment? How long does it take?
It is the first step of our process: we listen to how your work actually flows and find what is really stuck. The assessment is free and takes about 1–2 hours. You are not committing to a project by joining — you decide afterward whether to continue.
What does the proposal include?
After the assessment, we put scope, timeline, and cost in writing before starting — no hidden additions. Development begins only after you confirm the proposal.
How do I follow progress during development?
We report progress regularly, so you always know where the project stands; when a decision is needed, we bring it to you.
How does acceptance work? When is it done?
You test the finished system yourself, and it counts as done only when it meets the requirements you defined. After acceptance, you receive documentation, code, and operating instructions together.
What happens if something goes wrong after delivery?
You have a point of contact after launch. We provide modernization & maintenance services; the actual support scope is written down when the project starts.
Can the system grow or change later?
Yes. We build with a scalable architecture: build what you need now, extend later without a rewrite.
Is my data secure? Is it used for training?
AI data security and deployment options are confirmed based on the actual architecture, project requirements, and contract terms; detailed answers are pending verification.
