INSIN was founded in 2024 in Taipei, focusing on AI automation and system development.

INSIN's work falls into two areas: AI automation (process automation, LLM applications, and data processing) and custom system development (web application development, system integration, and modernization & maintenance). Every engagement starts with a free initial assessment (about 1–2 hours); scope, timeline, and cost are put in writing before development starts, progress is reported regularly, you run the acceptance testing yourself, and documentation, code, and operating guides are delivered together.
